The TPE Graduate Schools Fair is a convenient, engaging, and interactive opportunity for you to network with College Student Personnel (CSP) graduate school program admissions representatives. There will also be an opportunity for one-on-one chats as well as the opportunity to access program-specific information, connect with faculty, staff, and students who can provide insights into the academic programs and campus life, and network with alumni currently in the field.

- Once a year, in the Fall, TPE, in partnership with NASPA Faculty Council, sponsors the Virtual Graduate Program Fair. This year’s fair will be Thursday, October 10, from noon - 4pm ET.
- The fair is open to all current undergraduate students and working professionals.
- This is an opportunity to learn about the Student Affairs / Higher Education / Leadership / Policy programs graduate programs offered across the country and gain an early start on the application process. If you are thinking about graduate school, attend the event and explore what options are available to you.
- At the event you can: explore the possibilities of graduate education in our field, learn about the requirements for admissions, get detailed information about various schools and their programs, hear from current students, and network with professionals in your future field.
- Register and create your profile. Upload your resume, photo, and statement of interest to tell program representatives what you are interested in and what you are looking for in a degree program.
- Research the various Student Affairs / Higher Education / Leadership / Policy graduate programs, read their program descriptions, and visit their websites.
- Prepare questions for schools of interest based on your research.
- Prepare your “elevator pitch” to highlight the skills and knowledge you are building in addition to your own areas of interest.
- Be prepared to answer questions program representatives might ask you.
- Mark your calendar for Tuesday, October 1, 7:00 pm ET to attend the orientation session. We will walk you through how to navigate the platform and participate in the schedule of events.
- First, attend the welcome session. We’ll walk you through how to navigate the platform for the day.
- Visit the various schools’ booths and review their program information and admissions criteria, meet with the representatives, and ask questions.
- Search the available internship and assistantship opportunities being offered that can help cover the costs of attending school.
- Attend the roundtable discussions to learn more about life as a graduate student, how to assess programs, and how to afford the degree.
- Stop by the alumni booths to network with current professionals and learn how they are benefiting from their graduate degree and educational experience.
